What is a Professional Organizer?

Professional Organizers support evaluation, decision-making, and action around objects, space, and data; helping clients achieve desired outcomes regarding function, order, and clarity. They’re the people you call when you need a helping hand sorting through and decluttering your things, developing strategies for organization and enacting a plan to keep your home or other space in ship shape.

What are your Service Rates?

Organizing and Moving Services are $75 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. 

Home Maintenance Services are $45 per hour. Personal Shopping Services are $35 per hour. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. At time of booking you will be charged for the first hour of your service of choice, which will be applied to your appointment. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Except in the case of an emergency, clients who cancel fewer than 24 hours prior to their appointment will be billed the full cost of the deposit.

What is included in Home Maintenance services?

Think of our Home Maintenance services as your own personal assistant; we are here to support you in whatever areas you may need assistance! We can help with scheduling appointments + coordinating travel arrangements, meal prep, paying bills, emails + correspondence, calendar management, light cleaning, event planning and anything else that will help your home run smoother. â€‹

How far in advance do you require services to be booked?

You can schedule services in any available time slot. Next day services must be booked by 5pm. 

Do I have to be present during services?

While you're not required to, we do suggest you be present for the beginning of your initial service to go over what your expectations are and ensure we are on the same page so that all of your needs are met. It's up to you on whether you want to be hands on or not.

How do you access my home?

Most clients have lock boxes, a garage door code, or a keyless door lock with a code, etc.

Do you service my area?

We are currently serving Hartford, CT and surrounding towns. We are more than happy to travel outside of these areas for an included travel fee.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes!
